Starbox is an independently published collection of lightweight browser games created and maintained for gameboxcenter.com.
Created in 2026 · Last reviewed August 1, 2026Who publishes the site
Starbox is maintained by the independent operator of gameboxcenter.com. “Starbox” is the name of the publication and game collection; it is not intended to suggest a large newsroom, outside certification, or endorsement. Questions and correction reports reach the publisher directly at songtianqi0920@gmail.com.
Why we built Starbox
Many game sites place downloads, pop-ups, or account systems before play. Starbox opens directly into short games, requires no registration, and sells no virtual items. It is designed as a small collection of puzzles that can be played during a short break.
How the games are made
All 50 games are implemented in the Starbox codebase rather than embedded from third parties. Scores remain in local browser storage. The games use compact rules, accessible labels where controls need them, and layouts intended for pointer and touch input.
How documented games are checked
Twenty core games have permanent documentation pages. Each page records its current objective, scoring rule, implementation behavior, a specific check performed on the build, worked examples, and a correction channel. We do not create a standalone search page for a game until we have enough distinct information to support it. Read the complete Editorial & Game Testing Policy.
Claims we avoid
Starbox does not publish fabricated player counters, imply that a score is a medical or educational assessment, or claim that a strategy is universally optimal. Device, browser, display, input method, randomization, and fatigue can all affect a result.
Advertising and player trust
Players are never asked to click or watch an advertisement to improve a score. If advertising is enabled, it will remain clearly separated from controls, navigation, and editorial text. Read the full Privacy Policy.
